Second Seminar on "International Trends in
Corporate Governance-Some Recommendations for India"


Mahendra & Young Knowledge Foundation, organised this seminar second year in succession, jointly with Indo-American Chamber of commerce. United States Information Services (USIS) and Bombay Management Association (BMA), on 18th September 2000 at Hotel Taj Bombay. The seminar was supported by Earnst & Young India. The most striking feature of the seminar was presence of Sir Adrian cadbury, who is credited to be the doyen of Corporate Governance world over. and was addressed by very eminent persons from UK and India like;
