Mahendra
& Young Knowledge Foundation, organised this seminar second
year in succession, jointly with Indo-American Chamber of
commerce. United States Information Services (USIS) and
Bombay Management Association (BMA), on 18th September 2000
at Hotel Taj Bombay. The seminar was supported by Earnst &
Young India. The most striking feature of the seminar was
presence of Sir Adrian cadbury, who is credited to be the
doyen of Corporate Governance world over. and was addressed
